Workers Comp. and Most Major Insurances Accepted
To make sure that your INSURANCE covers your therapy:
Please call us ahead giving us the name of your carrier / provider number / group number.
We will then pre- certify your services with us and let you know if you have a deductible or not.
Also if you have a co-pay.
